The Fine Print
When boarding a pet with us the pet owner agrees:
a. To release Warragul Boarding Kennels and Cattery, its proprietors, employees, or agents from all and any liability for illness, injury, loss, death or damage of any kind whatsoever, while at Warragul Boarding Kennels and Cattery or during transportation.
b. That in the event of serious illness or accident, and the owners cannot be contacted, the veterinarian's decision relating to the treatment of the pet will be final, and the owner is liable for all costs and related expenses.
c. Boarding fees are paid on the day your pet enters the kennels or cattery. Payment can be made via Credit Card, Eftpos or in Cash. Remember to ask the receptionist for a receipt.
d. Boarding rates are charged on a calendar day basis, irrespective of the time of admission or departure, and do not include special service requests.
e. That if the pet is not collected (without notification of change of departure date at time of admittance) within 10 days and if boarding costs and charges have not been paid, it may be sold re-homed or otherwise disposed of at the discretion of the proprietors of Warragul Boarding Kennels and Cattery and its agents.
That the proprietors of Warragul Boarding Kennels and Cattery reserve the right to refuse to
accept any pet in for boarding prior to or on the date of arrival.No Pet Will Be Admitted Without Current Vaccination Certificate Sighted. No Exceptions. This protects all pets including your own. Medications and Special Diets given To Your Specifications
may incur a moderate fee.
Your Pet's beds welcome but MUST be labeled with your name. No responsibility can be accepted for items not clearly marked. No latex, rubber, plastic, or fluffy toys are permitted.
We reserve the right to obtain veterinary attention if we deem it necessary and you agree to pay any costs so incurred.

Please do not disappoint yourself by arriving without your current vaccination certificate. NO PET WILL BE ADMITTED unless we sight their current vaccination
